Funerals

I will take all the time that's needed to listen and make sure I tell your loved one's story accurately, with respect and love.  An opportunity to hear their story one more time in the presence of their nearest and dearest.  There will no doubt be tears but there may also be laughter as well as a smile of recognition for a story often told or a catch phrase often repeated.

After our initial meeting I will write up the ceremony and eulogy with all the elements (poems, songs, music etc) that you want, to celebrate your person.  It can have religious/non religious or spiritual elements. A first draft of the order of service and eulogy will be sent to you for your approval and any tweaks made until we have a final draft.

You may choose a crematorium, graveside, a natural burial ground, memorial with ashes to inter or scatter in a cemetery, a woodland, or private garden (with landowners permission).  Or you may have the funeral ceremony in your home if you wish. The choice is yours. You will receive a presentation copy of the funeral script in an beautiful folder to keep.
